How does the Ambassador Program work?
It's simple: you recommend Beyond Tickets to organizers in your network. In return, you will receive your own referral link. If an organizer registers via this link and successfully onboards with Beyond Tickets, they will be assigned to you. From that point on, you will earn money on every ticket sold by this organizer.
When will an organizer be assigned to me?
An organizer will be assigned to you if they register via your personal referral link or if the referral can be clearly attributed to you. As soon as the onboarding is completed, the organizer will be linked to your Ambassador profile in our system.
How long do I receive commission for a referred organizer?
As long as the referred organizer actively sells through Beyond Tickets and your Ambassador agreement is active, you benefit from their ticket sales. So it's not just about a one-time recommendation, but about recurring revenue.
How specifically do I make money?
You receive a commission on ticket sales from organizers you successfully refer to Beyond Tickets. This means: the more active your referred organizers are and the more tickets they sell, the more your commission grows.
When will my commission be paid?
Your commission is settled transparently and paid out monthly or quarterly depending on the agreement. You will receive an overview of the relevant ticket sales and your resulting commission.
Do I have to look after the organizer myself?
No. Your task is the recommendation and the first contact. The onboarding, technical setup, support, and billing are handled by Beyond Tickets. So you can earn money without having to provide ticketing support yourself.
What happens if an organizer forgot my referral link?
All good - these things happen. Just write us a quick message letting us know which organizer came to Beyond Tickets through you. Once we can verify the referral, we will manually assign the organizer to your ambassador profile. This way, you won't lose out on your commission just because the link was forgotten this time.
Do I have to be the organizer myself?
No. You don't have to host events yourself. Most importantly, you need to know event organizers who can benefit from a modern whitelabel ticketing software.
Will I receive informational material for the recommendation?
Yes. We support you with the most important information, arguments, and materials so that you can recommend Beyond Tickets easily and professionally. For larger leads, we are also happy to support you personally during the meeting.
Does participation cost anything?
