What is the checkout flow?

The Checkout Flow is your fully configurable purchase journey. You decide which steps buyers see and in what order they reach the cart.

In the visual editor, you create pages and arrange ticket groups via drag-and-drop.

A typical setup: page 1 “Festival tickets”, page 2 “Camping”, page 3 “Add-ons” such as parking or shuttle.

Ticket groups bundle multiple types (e.g., all VIP passes or regular tickets across several days) to keep the selection clear and enable targeted upselling.
