Why do I have to fill out a KYC?

Beyond Tickets is the safest ticket shop in Switzerland. In order to pay your ticket revenues directly and without detours to you as an organizer, our payment service provider creates a separate payout account for each organizer. For this, a so-called KYC process (“Know Your Customer”) is required by law.

Creating this account is, of course, 100% free. Beyond Tickets has no access to your money at any time. Your revenues from the events are paid out weekly directly by the Payment Provider to you – safely, transparently, and reliably.
