What is the "Easy Checkout" feature and how do I activate it?

The Easy Checkout feature is your turbo for ticket sales when things need to go quickly – for example, directly at the box office or at pop-up events. Instead of requiring full address details, your customers only need to provide their email address to complete the purchase in seconds.

You can configure this feature individually for each event. The special thing is: you decide when the Easy Checkout becomes active. For instance, you can set the system to automatically switch to the quick checkout precisely at the start of the event. This way, you relieve your team on-site and minimize waiting times for the guests.

To do this, simply go to your Beyond Tickets dashboard to the respective event settings and specify the desired time for activation.
