How do I create a promo code?

Quite simple in the dashboard:
Go to your desired event and select the "Marketing" tab. There you can create new codes, set the discount (in % or as a fixed amount), and determine which categories the code should be applied to.

👉 Important: The discount always applies per ticket.

If you instead want to create a (value) voucher for the entire shopping cart, it currently goes through our support (support@beyond-tickets.com).
