How do I resend a lost ticket to a customer?
You can easily resend tickets to your visitors via your dashboard. To do this, go to your event, select the appropriate purchase under the "Sales" tab, and click on the option "Resend Ticket".
Tip for Typos: If a customer made a typo when ordering, it's no problem. In the purchase view, you can correct the customer's email address with a click and then send the ticket directly to the correct address.
